Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in AdTech or related technical products
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex technical products
  • Deep understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystem, with hands-on experience
  • Advanced analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive product decisions
  • Expert in using analytics tools like PostHog, collaboration tools like Figma, and customer communication platforms like Intercom
  • Demonstrated success in integrating AI/ML technologies into product solutions
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with linear TV, CTV, or gaming advertising platforms is highly desired
  • Ability to work 11 am — 8 pm EEST

Responsibilities

  • Own and evangelize the product vision, leading strategic initiatives that drive platform growth and market leadership
  • Build and execute multi-quarter roadmaps across platforms, balancing business objectives, technical feasibility, and market opportunities
  • Drive key platform architecture decisions in collaboration with engineering leadership
  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new features and capabilities
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers to shape product direction and ensure alignment with market needs
  • Lead the integration of emerging technologies, including AI/ML, to create competitive advantages and improve platform capabilities
  • Define and track success metrics that demonstrate product impact on business outcomes
  • Champion best practices in product development and user-centered design across the organization
