Responsibilities

  • Improve the self-serve customer journey from signup to purchase and long-term retention and expansion
  • Build and execute strategies to accelerate adoption, retention, and monetization of self-serve plans
  • Scale self-serve initiatives to sales-led plans
  • Identify opportunities and ship features to improve Self Serve monetization experiences
  • Manage the development lifecycle for product bets
  • Identify and apply best practices from across the industry
  • Understand users deeply through data analysis and user interaction
  • Triage customer questions to understand friction points and improve the product
  • Define upgrade paths, reverse trials, usage gates, and PQL triggers
  • Optimize key funnel metrics like product adoption rate, engagement/retention rate, and free-to-paid conversion
