Responsibilities

  • Own the top-of-funnel experience—from employer launch and eligibility through first session booking
  • Design and test new member enrollment pathways, combining behavioral design, incentives, and automation
  • Partner with Marketing to create personalized engagement campaigns that boost click-through and conversion
  • Collaborate with Client Success to optimize client-level activation rates and drive ROI transparency
  • Build and maintain growth dashboards and analytics, focusing on enrollment, conversion rate, and CAC efficiency
  • Drive cross-functional experimentation—establishing a test-and-learn culture across growth, product, and marketing teams
  • Mentor and support PMs and analysts focused on activation and funnel optimization
