Requirements

2-4+ years of product management and 4-8+ years of overall professional experience; experience working with SaaS platforms is a plus
Ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured components and develop clear recommendations
Strong technical foundation; comfortable with APIs, data models, and admin UX for complex, wide ranging configurations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, articulate insights, and make data-informed recommendations
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

Support multiple Platform initiatives, including Notifications, Localization, Open API, self-service onboarding through admin console, UX for managing sandbox environments, promotion workflows, etc
Collaborate deeply with engineering and design to define requirements, provide product direction, make tradeoffs, and deliver high-quality platform capabilities and UX
Conduct structured product discovery, including stakeholder interviews, competitive research, data analysis, and usability reviews
Test, validate, and measure success of platform improvements using well-defined metrics and feedback from early adopters
