Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field—or equivalent professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in technical product management, with a focus on data products, ideally in the marketing or finance domain
  • Strong foundation in data engineering, data analysis, or related disciplines, with proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar languages for data manipulation
  • Excellent technical acumen, enabling participation in detailed technical design discussions
  • Strong communicator, capable of articulating a compelling product vision to peers and senior leadership
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver—analytically rigorous

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Commerce, Finance, Brand Operations, Analytics, and Governance to deeply understand their needs and shape the data strategy, priorities, and roadmap for the Marketing Business Performance domain
  • Collaborate across Product, Program, Engineering, and Leadership teams, making transparent decisions while balancing diverse and sometimes competing priorities
  • Partner closely with engineering teams to turn ideas into impactful solutions
  • Write clear and compelling product specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, hypotheses, and success metrics for new features or product enhancements
  • Champion products—care deeply, advocate effectively, and believe passionately in their value
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, using this knowledge to continually enhance data products
  • Define revenue KPIs, guide capital allocation decisions, and democratize marketing metrics across the enterprise
