Requirements

Candidates should have 4+ years of user-facing experience in industries such as eCommerce, technology or multi-sided marketplaces, a strong sense of user empathy, and a track record of managing projects in a dynamic environment. Experience managing stakeholders across multiple tech and business functions is preferred, along with a degree in Computer Science or another Technology related field. Experience in achieving consistent results with global distributed teams is also preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Product Manager, you will own the product strategy and vision, define the product roadmap and alignment, and help drive the execution for the POS system’s QR Code Ordering, Kiosk, Online Ordering, and App Ordering products. You will be responsible for driving Chowbus’ roadmap aimed at helping restaurant operators adopt innovative ordering technology, manage stakeholders from product, design, engineering, product marketing, sales, and operations, identify, collect, and deliver key metrics that drive product goals, and contribute to product development from discovery to delivery for a defined scope within a product.
