Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
7 years of Product Management experience in television, streaming, or digital news production related projects
Proven ability to work effectively with operations, production, and technology teams in a media environment
Experience working with software development and engineering teams to define requirements, refine features, and launch new tools and workflows
Knowledge of various production automation, master control, and broadcast systems and vendors, and the ability to stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the field
Experience in product management, particularly in media or broadcast-related projects
(Preferred) Familiarity with a wide range of broadcast technologies including Evertz Magnum/IRM, Riedel intercom, Ross automation/switchers/graphics, Lawo audio, VizRT graphics, Avid environments, AWS Elemental Live encoding, and others
(Preferred) Background in software development or UX design, particularly in solutions related to live television news production

Collaborate with operations and production teams to identify and address specific needs in control room, live streaming, and digital workflows, including pre-production workflows and scheduling solutions
Support the integration and optimization of production and master control systems, including working with vendors and solutions like Versio automation, Ross switchers and automation, XPression graphics, and other PCR/MCR technologies
Manage the entire lifecycle of production workflows, from initial concept to deployment and post-launch support
Work closely with software development, media operations, product development, and editorial groups to develop and refine solutions
Play a key role in the change management process, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption of new production technologies and workflows
Design and implement training programs for staff on new production systems and tools
Maintain a deep understanding of the latest trends and technologies in live television news broadcasting and production, FAST channels, and the direct-to-consumer landscape
