Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead marketing strategies for the joint replacement (JR) and robotics portfolio in the South of the UK
  • Conduct market research to assess product requirements and define strategic direction
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, including planning and executing product launches, overseeing promotional campaigns, setting pricing strategies, and managing local budgets
  • Support the sales team by providing essential tools and materials to drive market success and ensure alignment between marketing and sales initiatives
  • Partner closely with the UK Education Manager and sales organization to drive success of the JR portfolio (hip, knee, and robotics) across the southern region of the UK and work with distributor in the Republic of Ireland
  • Execute the local execution of the European divisional strategy and promote innovative products
  • Interact with stakeholders across national and regional levels, including sales, marketing, medical education, and cross-functional teams
  • Assist in the execution of the annual marketing plan, supporting campaign rollouts and sales initiatives
  • Leverage and deliver training on marketing tools (customer-facing materials, sales support assets, brand literature, presentations, campaign collateral) to support and promote the JR portfolio
  • Manage purchase orders and track regional marketing spend in line with budget plans
  • Act as a strategic business partner to the Business Unit Director, Unit Managers, and Regional Sales Managers, providing marketing insights and support
  • Assist with product forecasting by gathering input and insights from the field
  • Gather competitive market insights to develop targeted marketing plans and campaigns
  • Support the launch of new products and phase-out of legacy items by managing logistics, communication, and field team updates
  • Build and manage stakeholder engagement
