Requirements

  • Student in Master degree (last year) from engineering or business school
  • English Fluent
  • First experience (internship) working in project/product team would be a plus
  • Knowledge of SaaS, product cycles and our business would be a plus

Responsibilities

  • Gather and synthesize usage and performance data from various sources (e.g., user interaction logs, data analytics, customer feedback)
  • Identify patterns, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities in product workflows transforming it into highly intuitive user experience
  • Use modern data tools and, where applicable, technologies like AI or LLMs to enrich analysis and uncover deeper insights
  • Research, recommend, and help implement tools and frameworks for tracking key product metrics (e.g., latency, reliability, usability)
  • Collaborate with teams to define and monitor KPIs aligned with product goals
  • Assist in setting up dashboards, alerts, and reports to support ongoing performance evaluation and decision-making
  • Work with Product, Design and Engineering to define feature requirements and prioritize enhancements that improve user experience and agent efficiency
  • Create user stories and deliver clear, data-backed recommendations to shape product roadmaps
  • Follow-up the development cycle to ensure that we deliver the best and optimal user experience in the agile manner
  • Create Knowledge Base articles, FAQs and product demos to support product launch and go-to-market
