Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • 5+ years of related experience, master’s degree and 3+ years of related experience, or equivalent related work experience
  • Experience defining vision and strategy for a technical product
  • Experience going through a full product cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements and driving prioritization
  • Experience working with APIs, SDKs, developer experience, and white label experiences
  • A strong understanding of the developer community and a love of developer products and tools
  • Experience driving impact through cross-functional leadership
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Get-stuff-done attitude, great positive energy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Influential communication skills
  • Ability to lift 15 pounds at any given time

Responsibilities

  • Build, evangelize, and execute a shared vision & strategy for internal and external developer experiences
  • Perform market assessments to keep abreast of the latest in the industry in order to benchmark and identify gaps
  • Understand internal and external personas, discover user needs and pain points, and translate into detailed and actionable product requirements
  • Drive product development with multiple teams of world-class engineers, designers, and product marketers
  • Identify cross-ownership with partner teams and drive cross-org product effort
  • Define and analyze metrics to measure progress towards success
