Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with a focus on hardware products (preferably IP phones and related accessories as well as headsets and related accessories)
Demonstrated expertise in telephony and phone devices
Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and logistics
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
Experience working closely with Sales and Supply Chain teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Responsibilities
Champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for hardware management, with a keen focus on telephony and phone devices
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs
Translate business requirements and market insights into detailed product specifications, user stories, and use cases
Prioritize features and initiatives based on strategic impact, technical feasibility, and business value
Cultivate robust relationships with internal teams and external hardware partners to ensure clear communication and strategic alignment
Facilitate collaboration throughout the hardware lifecycle, encompassing firmware development and certification, managing customer escalations, and conducting issue investigation and resolution
Work closely with the Supply Chain team to optimize sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and logistics for hardware components and finished goods
Collaborate with the Sales team to understand customer needs, develop product narratives, and support sales enablement efforts; provide product training and technical expertise to the sales force
Partner with engineering and design teams to ensure technical feasibility, optimal performance and operation for all certified hardware devices supported
Work with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging for new hardware releases
Work closely with the Support team to develop comprehensive support pages and knowledge base (KB) articles for new and existing products and features, ensuring customers have access to accurate information
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, ensuring successful product launches and ongoing product health
Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on products to drive continuous improvement
Manage product obsolescence and transition strategies
