Requirements

  • 1-2 years of Product Management experience, or 3-5 years of product-adjacent experience
  • A track record of working cross-functionally to ship experiences that move business metrics and drive growth
  • Excellent communication skills. Able to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Strong systems thinking and enough technical fluency to partner with engineers, understand how things work behind the scenes, and make informed tradeoffs
  • A strong bias to ship. You believe in learning through iteration and delivering impact incrementally
  • A passion for financial empowerment and building products that increase access to financial freedom for everyone
  • A genuine interest in marketing, brand, and client psychology. You care about crafting experiences that feel exciting, delightful, and distinct from the Canadian financial landscape

Responsibilities

  • Support and launch Wealthsimple’s world-class growth initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Marketing, Data, and Support to evolve our supporting infrastructure to scale to millions of clients
  • Foster an environment where the team can balance speed with a high quality bar
  • Determine and own the success metrics to measure growth, engagement, reliability, and client experiences
  • Leverage data and insights to continuously improve growth campaigns
  • Partner to identify opportunities to improve acquisition, referrals, and retention
  • Help elevate the Growth Product practice at Wealthsimple
