Responsibilities

Benchmark ToolHive’s growth against leading OSS and developer tools to identify new opportunities and track progress
Monitor and report on key growth funnel metrics, using dashboards and analytics platforms to guide strategy and ongoing improvements
Develop and implement data-driven experiments that increase GitHub stars, repository activity, downloads, usage, and developer signups for ToolHive
Lead enhancements to developer onboarding, optimizing documentation, quickstarts, and tutorials to shorten time-to-first-usage and improve activation/retention rates
Collect and translate community developer feedback into features and roadmap priorities
Partner closely with engineering, DevRel, and marketing to coordinate impactful product launches, events, campaigns, and developer advocacy initiatives
