Requirements

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
  • Preferred: 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
  • 4+ years of experience in product management, technology product development, management consulting or a related field
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical or engineering field such as industrial engineering, systems engineering, engineering management, computer science, software engineering, or product design
  • Experience and comfort adapting to work on different types of products
  • Experience leading and managing complex, cross-functional technical projects
  • Superior strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor and attention to detail
  • Strong technical literacy, ability to work closely with engineering and technical teams
  • Ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior stakeholders and external business partners
  • Proactive self-starter, team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and adaptable, with excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
  • Experience in and/or significant exposure to the payments, financial services, or technology sectors

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally to define and align on product roadmap and strategy
  • Define and document functional and technical requirements for new products and features
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, UX design, data science, and risk teams to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant product delivery
  • Champion agile methodologies across cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions efficiently
  • Support governance processes and integrate risk, compliance, and security considerations into product development and lifecycle management
  • Establish KPIs and metrics for monitoring product performance and compliance
  • Support new product development, go-to-market planning, and global rollout coordination
  • Work closely with regional product teams to ensure global strategies are actionable and locally relevant
  • Contribute to product planning and strategy cycles
