Responsibilities

Meet with customers and observe eXpedite in live environments to understand product performance impacts on security operations and ROI
Support go-live installations to gain insights into deployment success factors and customer pain points
Present briefs to leadership on market impressions and product improvement opportunities
Build relationships across sales, customer enablement, support, service, and R&D organizations
Refine the product roadmap to prioritize customer satisfaction, reliability, and cost reduction
Deliver at least one roadmap initiative improving system performance, reliability, or customer experience
Lead field testing of new feature updates
Launch new versions of eXpedite software and enable teams/partners to sell and support them
Educate internal, partner, and customer teams on new features
Drive cross-functional alignment and deliver against metrics like NPS, renewal rate, and time-to-resolution
Own and execute the product roadmap for reliability improvements, cost reductions, and differentiated features
Define clear, actionable product requirements and guide R&D in design trade-offs
Ensure compliance with country-specific regulations for market expansion
Partner with Marketing, Sales, Service, and Enablement for go-to-market readiness on new features
Develop and maintain product pricing, SKUs, and price books; train teams on positioning and value
Support Sales in proposals, deal desk, and field training
Lead field testing, third-party validation, and change control for high-quality releases
Write software release notes and support post-launch monitoring for adoption and issues
Act as the product expert across cross-functional and customer collaborations
