Responsibilities

Direct product development from conception to launch
Discover, develop, and cultivate new products and ongoing product enhancements that support Geotab’s business models and growth
Build customer intelligence by identifying ideas and opportunities to promote into features that advance the product strategy
Perform customer discovery and research to truly understand the customer and associated market, identifying relevant solution opportunities
Develop a product roadmap
Work with cross-functional teams (Embedded Engineering, Internal Product Managers, Marketing, Designers, Developers, Data Scientists) to execute product development and prioritize business needs
Conduct customer discovery interviews with prospective and existing customers and partners to identify product gaps and generate new ideas for continuous value add, market share growth, and improved customer experience
Leverage various research methodologies and customer inputs to identify common patterns, pain points, problems to be solved, and jobs to be done
