Responsibilities

  • Lead product development for learner-facing experiences that drive engagement, retention, and success
  • Define and deliver features such as progress tracking, AI-powered learning assistants, and personalized content recommendations
  • Collaborate with content, design, engineering, and AI teams to refine interactive and motivational learning experiences
  • Use learner research, interviews, and analytics to deeply understand student needs and pain points
  • Translate insights into product requirements and experiments that directly impact student success metrics
  • Partner with enterprise and support teams to ensure experiences meet the needs of both B2C and B2B learners
  • Track and report key metrics such as retention, program completion, and learner satisfaction
  • Continuously explore new technologies, formats, and approaches to improve the learner journey
