Requirements

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en Corredoras de Seguros
  • Título profesional en Ingeniería Comercial, Administración de Empresas, Economía o carrera afín
  • Inglés nivel medio
  • Conocimientos (habilidades técnicas - hard skills)

Responsibilities

  • Proporcionar soporte a la venta y post venta de seguros entregando herramientas comerciales, tips y técnicas de ventas además de las características técnicas de los productos
  • Controlar y analizar los resultados comerciales en cada línea de producto a partir de la información proporcionada por áreas de seguimiento y control
  • Coordinar la formación continua de los Productos de Seguros en los distintos canales
  • Colaborar en el refuerzo de comunicaciones de productos hacia el Canal
  • Proponer y gestionar campañas de reconocimientos e incentivos en los canales de venta
  • Participar en el desarrollo de proyectos e implementación de nuevos desarrollos, en coordinación con las distintas áreas de la corredora y banco
  • Participar en la evaluación de los procesos de venta, de soporte y de proveedores externos asociados a la venta
  • Coordinar y participar en reuniones con el Gerente del Canal y participación en reuniones de los distintos equipos comerciales
