Requirements

  • Proven track record for launching and managing the entire lifecycle of different products in the US market
  • High level of ownership and accountability across the whole product lifecycle process (end to end)
  • Experience defining and articulating product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and internal/external interviews
  • Experience developing business cases for new initiatives, including market sizing, financial projections, and go-to-market strategies
  • Experience leading the product development process from ideation to launch
  • Ability to translate customer needs and business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Experience managing the product backlog, prioritizing features and initiatives
  • Experience monitoring product performance post-launch using key metrics
  • Experience collaborating with multiple project managers to maintain and updated project plan and produce project reports
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to analyze product performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Experience contributing to achieving and exceeding corporate budget goals
  • Experience supporting sales and marketing efforts

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, launch, and lifecycle management of data and voice products for SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise and Wholesale customers
  • Report directly to the Director, Product Development
  • Serve as the internal and external product champion, evangelizing the product and its value proposition
  • Work closely with technical and non-technical teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery
  • Foster a culture of ownership and collaboration
  • Analyze product performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Contribute to achieving and exceeding corporate budget goals
  • Determine and deliver returns from product investments
  • Provide subject matter expertise, develop collateral, and participate in customer visits and presentations
  • Work with cross functional teams to build and deliver sales enablement materials
  • Establish end-to-end product development plans involving all required resources
