Position Overview

As a Product Manager at Passthrough, you will collaborate with our largest customers, design, and engineering teams to bring features from ideation to implementation. Initially, for the first 3-4 months, you will be embedded with our customer success team, leading the implementation for one of the world's largest asset managers. Following this immersion, you will take ownership of our enterprise and API roadmaps.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of features for key enterprise clients.
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap for enterprise solutions and APIs.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver product features.
  • Work with major asset managers and asset servicers to improve investor onboarding, fund closing, and compliance processes.
  • Integrate with major investor portal platforms to enhance user experience.
  • Reduce complexity in product implementation while maintaining a unified user experience.

Desired Qualifications

  • Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer success, managing large enterprise implementations.
  • Required: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in payments, compliance, risk, or a related fintech industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of implementing and improving products using a data-driven approach.
  • Deep understanding of product sequencing and development to deliver continuous customer value and assess product impact.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write clear and concise documentation outlining business cases and customer problems.

Hiring Process

Our hiring process for Product Manager roles is designed for equity and mutual understanding. All roles require a background check.

  1. Initial Screen: A 20-30 minute introductory chat with a team member.
  2. Manager Interview: A 30-minute conversation with our Chief Product Officer (CPO) focusing on industry knowledge and behavioral questions (e.g., "tell-me-about-a-time-when").
  3. Onsite Interviews: Four 30-minute interviews with our CEO, and members of our product and engineering teams (virtual or in-person).
  4. Decision: We aim to provide feedback on the next steps within two weeks.
