Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent professional experience; Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years overall experience building and/or bringing SaaS products to market, including 3+ years as a product manager
  • Technical fluency; direct experience with customer data platforms, marketing automation, data integration, APIs, ETL/ELT processes, and analytics platforms is a huge plus
  • Customer fluency; proven experience working directly with end-user customers to bring new products and capabilities to market; deep empathy for customer problems and customer advocacy; direct experience with marketing teams as end users, understanding omnichannel customer journeys, marketing attribution, and campaign orchestration is a huge plus
  • Demonstrated success launching complex technical products from concept to market with measurable business impact, including evangelizing products and capabilities in B2B sales and marketing contexts
  • Direct experience in agile software development including hands-on ownership of product roadmaps and user stories
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting SaaS metrics, customer usage data, and platform performance indicators
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with technical teams, marketing stakeholders, customers, and executive leadership
  • Proven ability to manage multiple competing technical priorities in fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Experience with market assessment for technical products

Responsibilities

  • Conducting customer interviews to understand core problems and ideal solutions
  • Collaborating with software development teams on technical architecture, API design, and integration patterns
  • Managing product roadmaps that balance new capabilities, technical debt, and customer feedback
  • Partnering with product marketing on competitive positioning and technical differentiation

  • Driving go-to-market success through product-led growth
