Requirements

  • 4–6 years of product management experience in digital platforms or related industries
  • Strong knowledge of digital music distribution, DSP integrations, and content workflows
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams and shipping digital products

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full product lifecycle — from ideation and requirements gathering through launch and iteration, for tools supporting distribution, content management, and operational workflows
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define product priorities, build roadmaps, and deliver features that improve internal efficiency and artist outcomes
  • Collaborate with Engineering and QA to ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and smooth product launches
  • Use customer research and data insights to identify opportunities for improving artist and internal user experiences
  • Define, monitor, and analyze key metrics to evaluate success and guide future development
  • Write clear, concise Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Support operational excellence by improving internal tooling and workflows for content review, ingestion, and distribution
  • Stay informed about music industry trends, DSP requirements, and evolving technologies to ensure TuneCore remains at the forefront of innovation
