Responsibilities

  • Drive partner engagement internally and externally, ensuring strong collaboration and alignment
  • Lead requirements and documentation: elicit business/system requirements, produce functional specifications, and ensure accurate operational/user documentation
  • Support full solution lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, transition, and user training on new functionality
  • Manage issue resolution and process improvement: handle production support, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures for recurring issues
  • Provide leadership and guidance: mentor team members, assess change impact, and take a leading role in integrating AI into solutions and processes
