Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of Product Management experience, ideally across fintech, payments, or platform products
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver user-facing products end-to-end
  • Strong understanding of product design, UX principles, and data-informed decision making
  • Ability to translate complex or technical concepts into simple, user-centered experiences
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business, design, and engineering teams
  • Experience setting and tracking product metrics and using them to guide decisions

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product strategy for user-facing surfaces including wallets, dashboards, explorers, and payments tools
  • Work closely with design and engineering to translate business and user requirements into intuitive, polished product experiences
  • Partner with ecosystem and partnerships teams to launch integrations and grow adoption across fintech, commerce, and payments use cases
  • Drive the roadmap for public-facing interfaces and developer onboarding flows, balancing usability, speed, and reliability
  • Establish and track success metrics around adoption, retention, and user engagement
  • Lead user research and feedback loops to inform prioritization and iteration
  • Collaborate with the marketing and growth teams to craft positioning, launch plans, and go-to-market materials
  • Communicate product goals, timelines, and impact clearly across technical and non-technical teams
