Requirements

3+ years of product management experience owning consumer mobile/web products (startup or small team experience preferred)
Hands-on experience managing product roadmaps, writing crisp PRDs, and turning them into clickable, AI-enabled prototypes
Comfortable in a hybrid role: part product owner, part designer-adjacent builder, and part scrum master
Experience running Agile rituals (sprints, retros, backlog grooming) for small cross-functional squads
Proficiency with prototyping tools like Figma/Framer/Framer Motion (or similar) and AI prototyping frameworks for LLM experiences (e.g., copy helpers, auto-translations, summarization, personalization, RAG flows)
Ability to create and critique UI/UX work, maintain or evolve design systems
Experience with user discovery (interviews, surveys, data analysis, experiments)
Strong cross-functional communication skills for aligning teams via documentation, roadmaps, and stakeholder updates
Data-driven mindset: define success metrics, track KPIs (engagement, retention), build dashboards, run experiments
Drive, initiative, positive attitude, end-to-end ownership, "do-it-all" mindset for lean teams
Motivation by mission-driven work for military community products

Responsibilities

Execution for Sandboxx Letters: Manage roadmap delivery, backlog prioritization, feature launches, experiments, and KPI tracking for engagement and retention
Support for Waypoints: Partner with leadership and design to turn discovery and research insights into actionable PRDs and prototypes
End-to-end delivery for features: PRD → prototype → engineering handoff → launch → measurement
Agile ownership: Run sprints, retros, and backlog grooming sessions for a small cross-functional squad
Design partner: Create and critique UI/UX work, maintain or evolve design system, ensure product polish across platforms
AI-forward prototyping: Use AI tools and prototyping frameworks to rapidly test and validate new user experiences (LLM-powered helpers for copy, auto-translations, summarization, personalization, on-device or cloud RAG flows)
Cross-functional communication: Keep teams aligned through clear documentation, roadmaps, and stakeholder updates
Measurement: Define success metrics, track impact, use data to guide iteration
Write clear, outcome-focused PRDs including success metrics, user journeys, designs, and engineering acceptance criteria
Rapidly prototype PRDs into interactive mocks using Figma/Framer/Framer Motion (or similar), plus AI prototyping frameworks
Collaborate with engineers to scope, deliver, and set acceptance criteria for mobile and web features
Run discovery: Conduct user interviews, surveys, data analysis, and small-scale experiments
Prioritize ruthlessly for a two-product portfolio; balance near-term Sandboxx Letters needs with Waypoints experiments
Measure results and iterate: Own instrumentation, dashboards, and experiments
Influence tradeoffs and decision-making for quality delivery and simple experiences
