Requirements

  • 3+ years of SaaS product management experience or experience in the Recruiting HCM industry as a solutions vendor
  • Experience working with agile or scrum teams from product design through feature delivery
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable speaking publicly to large audiences of senior leaders and executives
  • Active listening skills and curiosity to elicit and understand customer business challenges
  • Ability to gather, research, and analyze input from multiple sources including market data, customer services, sales, etc. to define business requirements and MVP
  • Comfortable making tough decisions about product priorities
  • Passionate about driving success by helping customers succeed
  • Ability to represent the product in agile scrum meetings, across the organization and externally, keeping customers happy
  • Ability to author use cases using behavioral driven development practices to ensure end user(s) is top of mind
  • Ability to track adoption to understand where to bring more value to customers to develop future roadmap
  • Knowledge of Workday applications and frameworks (plus)
  • Experience building global SaaS products (plus)

  • Act as user-representative to convey functional process requirements to technical audiences
