Responsibilities

  • Support all aspects of the product creation process for Energy Apparel, from line planning through final product approval
  • Work with external collaborators, inline product management, merchandising, materials, development, and sourcing teams
  • Conduct research on product, consumer and marketplace
  • Lead product creation workflow and data
  • Maintain product tools
  • Collaborate effectively across functional partners
  • Deliver on key dates and hold yourself accountable as a great teammate
  • Provide strategic, systems and process support to Product Managers
  • Ensure accuracy of information in key systems
  • Manage product samples
  • Participate in and lead meetings
  • Provide clear communication to guide cross-functional teams through critical checkpoints
  • Ensure data accuracy for all styles and aspects of the entire line through system management
  • Partner with geo and global merchandising, sourcing, production art and development teams
  • Partner with Brand Marketing teams as needed for communication on key product priorities and retail strategy
