Requirements

Experienced in product leadership, particularly in real estate risk management, loan tracking, insurance monitoring, Lender-Placed Insurance (LPI), and risk management for mortgage lenders
Ability to define and execute multi-year product roadmaps, manage market strategy, budgets, P&L, and strategic decisions
Proven bold decision-making, prioritization, and balancing client needs with long-term growth objectives
Skills in building and leading high-performing teams, including hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, performance evaluations, and career development
Expertise in strategic partnerships, partner management, negotiation, and go-to-market initiatives
Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence across product, operations, engineering, marketing, sales, and executive teams
Knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies, organizational development, process building, and fostering cultures of ownership and accountability
Capability to monitor execution, manage resources, track metrics (revenue, expense, margin, etc.), and operate as a business owner

Responsibilities

Align product strategy with enterprise goals and market opportunities; define and communicate product vision and strategic objectives (40%)
Lead product discovery, validation, and evaluation of new ideas for strategic fit and timing
Determine and manage key strategic partnerships to achieve revenue and margin goals; lead carrier/partner management, negotiations, agreements, and go-to-market initiatives
Represent product suite with customers and partners to gather information, assess fit, and build relationships (40%)
Partner with product leaders, operational leaders, and executives; facilitate alignment across software development, marketing, sales, and client services; navigate priorities and represent strategy in executive forums (20%)
Build product organization structure, processes, rituals; define roles, workflows; champion Agile/Lean methodologies and culture of ownership (15%)
Hire, train, coach, mentor product managers and peers; influence without authority; manage personnel matters, resources, capacity, and utilization (15%)
Monitor execution quality, remove bottlenecks, protect from scope creep; ensure outcome-focused delivery; track and report product performance metrics, manage budget and P&L (10%)
