Requirements

  • Multiple years of hands-on experience in Product (or equivalent domain), with a track record of building and scaling products
  • Analytically minded, fluent with numbers, and able to navigate large-scale data pipelines
  • Empathetic communicator who can translate complex technical, numerical, and financial concepts to diverse audiences
  • Experience leading product managers, with the ability to build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team
  • Strong problem-solving skills, not afraid to challenge the status quo, flexible approach, and commitment to the Wise mission
  • Domain expertise in areas such as setting commercial frameworks and price strategies in fintech or industries with complex pricing models (e.g., subscriptions, paywalls), finance, pricing, growth, financial reporting (FP&A), navigating regulatory requirements (e.g., Consumer Duty), payments, FX market, or financial services
  • Nice to have: Proficient with SQL and Excel
  • Nice to have: Experience working on consumer-facing products with proven UX competence

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 3 experienced Product Managers to develop the Pricing strategy
  • Partner with Global and Regional Product teams, Marketing, Finance, and Compliance teams to evolve pricing capabilities
  • Own the Pricing Engine: build and evolve Pricing systems, features, and delivery pipelines that drive customer adoption and sustainable growth
  • Shape pricing strategy: partner with commercial leads and leaders across Wise to evolve pricing frameworks as expanding into new markets and products
  • Make Pricing Transparent: lead initiatives to improve pricing comprehension and customer experience across every Wise product
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the team of product managers, fostering a culture of ownership and excellence, and guiding their growth and development
  • Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams on highly impactful and technically challenging projects
