Requirements

Seasoned, hands-on Product manager with 5+ years of experience building products as a Product Manager or a Founder
Have launched a significant B2C / B2B product and embedded the learnings of the successes and failures along the way; able to talk about them fluently
Customer obsessed, going deep into understanding customers, identifying pain points, and delivering empathy
Hands-on approach, willing to roll up sleeves for execution and wear any hat to help the team ship faster
Hunger for quantitative growth, numbers obsessed, with sufficient analytical skills to make sharp decisions quickly and independently
Significant technical understanding to help unblock decisions from engineering leadership
Experience in fintech or finance is not a requirement

Responsibilities

Lead the build, execution, and implementation of Wise’s global investments platform, focusing on transparency, price, speed, and convenience
Create Wise’s global investments platform to enable customers to effortlessly invest directly from within the Wise account
Work closely with Banking and Expansion team, and Compliance to lead the commercial strategy, product roadmap, and market expansion plan
Lead the team to make informed decisions and inspire the highest standards of execution
Report to the ‘Grow’ Squad Lead
Directly contribute to the mission of making money without borders the new normal by building solutions for instant, convenient, transparent money movement
Build world-class, innovative, state-of-the-art products with global impact
Work with your team to create your own vision and path to impact, with autonomy to make decisions and gather feedback
Inspire teams across the company with ideas, knowledge, and self-starting attitude
