Requirements

6+ years of experience in a product manager role or similar
Strong focus on delivering outcomes over inputs or outputs
Deep understanding of users and their problems, translating needs into impactful solutions
Uses key insights from qualitative and quantitative data to drive product decisions
Adept at switching between high-level vision and day-to-day execution
Drives sound product decisions based on thoughtful consideration of requirements and tradeoffs
