Candidates should have 6+ months of experience in product growth or product marketing in IT companies, or 1.5+ years in Big 4, FMCG, or media/creative agencies, basic understanding of core A/B testing principles, an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions, logical thinking, a systematic approach, and strong problem-solving skills, and English proficiency at the B2 level or higher.
As a Product Growth Manager Assistant, you will generate hypotheses and innovative ideas to optimize product onboarding funnels and monetization strategies, with a focus on increasing ARPU, conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities for our products, work with our internal screen builder, creating and preparing new screens and flows for testing, launch and analyze A/B tests to validate your ideas on real users, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user onboarding experiences, ensuring a seamless and engaging journey for new users.
