Requirements

Interface with business and technical stakeholders for requirement gathering, product evolutions, and requirement qualification
Deep understanding of the ALTO product (Forecast, Planning, Trip Assist, Mobile, Live) and its applicability to Air Liquide/Airgas industrial environments
Ability to recommend optimal use of the product for specific business/operations needs
Experience in product development, design, and alignment with product roadmap
Capability to deploy the solution, ensure maintenance, and act as Level 3 support for incidents/problems
Close collaboration skills within Product Line, Regional Unit, and internal Industrial Applications stakeholders
Support for Airgas operations as main user of BOS solutions in the Americas

Responsibilities

Contribute to product development and design according to the product roadmap
Interface with customers for requirement gathering and product evolutions
Gather requirements and configure the product accordingly
Own the holistic implementation of the product, including understanding business/operations needs and developments
Deploy the solution and ensure its maintenance
Act as Level 3 support, iterating with technical teams for incident/problem resolution
Support Airgas operations in the Americas through product expertise
