Support the implementation of changes, evaluations, and validations affecting product content
Identify root causes and corrective actions related to product quality and performance
Assist in quality improvement initiatives, cost-saving efforts, and waste reduction projects, ensuring proper documentation
Document, review, identify, and share known failure modes
Responsible for installation, maintenance, and calibration of lab and production line bench equipment
Address diagnostic process needs for current and new production lines
Maintain knowledge of product specifications
Assist production line diagnostic technicians with complex failure modes
Attend production meetings
Collaborate in MRB for disposition of substitute material/processes (MR & MRVA)
Conduct product analysis for customer complaints and document findings and root cause at the product level
Train product/diagnostic technicians on new product configurations, specifications, performance, and failure analysis equipment
Complete all mandatory training on time
Evaluate needs for new equipment
Provide technical product support to the Operations team for current production and new program launches
Support the customer complaint response team regarding product behavior and electrical or mechanical design issues
Support the ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) audit program
