Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in production lines. Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills are required, along with experience in test stations and test program debugging, as well as familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems. Statistical and data analysis background, including experience with JMP, is also desired.
The Production Product Engineer will be responsible for managing the production infrastructure and jigs at the CM production site, providing Tier 2 support to engineering and CM teams, and participating in manufacturing readiness and stability development. They will also handle production issues, support capacity increases and cost-saving activities, drive the CM towards full independence and responsibility, dynamically support line extensions, analyze production test performance, and improve Tier 1 training and tools.
