Requirements

  • 5+ years building modern web applications, ideally in fintech or productivity tooling
  • Strong command of React/Next.js (or similar) on the frontend, with solid backend experience for end-to-end delivery
  • Clear product thinking - ability to turn complex problems into intuitive tools
  • Experience integrating with third-party platforms (CRMs, identity, financial APIs)
  • Highly autonomous, collaborative, and comfortable shaping solutions with product, design, and engineering peers

Responsibilities

  • Obsess over customers (advisors, colleagues): understand pain points, simplify problems, and rebuild workflows to make jobs easier
  • Build Clove’s advisor-facing platform from the ground up: unified workspace with client views, milestone planning tools, and embedded AI assistance
  • Own the frontend architecture for advisor tools, balancing speed, compliance, and long-term maintainability
  • Integrate backend services and third-party systems to surface client data, scheduling, compliance workflows, and portfolio context
  • Collaborate with design, product, and AI engineers to create tools that enable advisors to deliver world-class advice at scale
  • Establish patterns and workflows that set the foundation for future full-stack development
