Responsibilities

Obsess over customers (advisors, colleagues): understand pain points, simplify problems, and rebuild workflows to make jobs easier
Build Clove’s advisor-facing platform from the ground up: unified workspace with client views, milestone planning tools, and embedded AI assistance
Own the frontend architecture for advisor tools, balancing speed, compliance, and long-term maintainability
Integrate backend services and third-party systems to surface client data, scheduling, compliance workflows, and portfolio context
Collaborate with design, product, and AI engineers to create tools that enable advisors to deliver world-class advice at scale
Establish patterns and workflows that set the foundation for future full-stack development
