Experience across the product and software development lifecycle, with a background in product management, software engineering, or a mixture of related roles
Comfort operating across the stack of product work: user research and customer discovery, specs, product tradeoffs, technical constraints, launch, and post-launch optimization
Comfort with modern programming languages and frameworks (Typescript + Node.js preferred), or a proven ability to quickly master new technologies
A track record of owning outcomes, not just tickets - shipping features that moved metrics
Thrive in dynamic, high-performance startup settings and comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and taking initiative
Deep interest in AI and excitement to build innovative, category-defining products

Responsibilities

Lead zero-to-one development of new features and product improvements from problem discovery to launch and iteration
Build functional prototypes and ship production-grade features, integrating LLMs, APIs, tools, and data sources
Translate customer insights into crisp product requirements, specs, and success metrics
Design and run experiments (A/B, feature flags) to validate hypotheses and drive measurable outcomes
Partner with internal teams and customers to co-create solutions; turn high-signal feedback into roadmap priorities
Contribute to internal tools, documentation, and playbooks that accelerate how we ship
Champion a high bar for UX, performance, and developer ergonomics across the platform
