Requirements

The Product Director should have experience in Digital Health, Medical Devices, and AI in Medicine, with a passion for driving innovation and market growth in the cardiac monitoring space. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration skills, the ability to synthesize clinical, technical, operational, and commercial perspectives, and experience with voice of the customer research, portfolio roadmapping, and product development lifecycles. Experience with 510(k) submissions and readiness is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Product Director will lead the product strategy for iRhythm's sleep disorder solutions, coordinating ideation and upstream product activities. They will partner with Product Management throughout the product development lifecycle for hardware and digital sleep products, ensuring readiness for launch, including clinical services, operations, and commercial aspects. Responsibilities include defining and executing the sleep product and regulatory strategy, managing product health metrics, driving cross-functional teams to meet milestones, and maintaining a strong pulse on customer feedback for product improvement.
