Responsibilities

  • Shape the Eight Sleep website, driving design of engaging, intuitive, and seamless experiences for users to discover and purchase a Pod
  • Collaborate closely with Growth, Brand & Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to craft high-quality, data-driven designs balancing aesthetics with usability
  • Lead creation of e-commerce experience at the intersection of Growth and Product to drive brand positioning and revenue growth
  • Handle full spectrum of product design: information architecture, low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and everything in-between
  • Support customer discovery team in conducting usability studies and user interviews to inform design work
  • Use data to validate success or failure of designs
  • Combine qualitative and quantitative customer insights to iterate on designs, improving web experience, conversion, and retention
