Requirements

+2 years in similar positions as a JR Product Designer / UX/UI Designer
Recognized expertise in developing digital product design, with expert knowledge of design software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe XD, Premiere, After Effects)
Bachelor’s degree in Communications Design, Interaction, Fine Arts, or Graphic and Media Design
Master’s degree in User Experience, Innovation, Research, UX/UI, or CRO
Strong oral and written communication skills in English (for sessions, documentation, meetings, briefings, and collaboration in an international environment)
Technical knowledge in tools: Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Premiere or similar)
Knowledge of emerging research approaches, tools, and ways to present findings
Desirable: Experience or knowledge in data-driven design, branding, and design systems
Based in Málaga, Spain office (full-time, hybrid model with remote option 16 days per quarter)

Responsibilities

Work closely with UX/UI Design Thinking Lead, UX/UI Team, Product Owner, Technical Leads, and Development team to define the best user experience
Solve UX problems from A to Z in a complex technology platform with complex business connections
Deliver prototypes and designs for different initiatives in the product team
Understand and adapt to flexible and changing priorities
Create customer journey maps, wireframes, user flows, low- and high-fidelity prototypes to ideate concepts and communicate product vision to stakeholders (using Design Thinking Methodologies)
Collaborate with design thinking activities and functional team to propose innovative solutions for digitalization
Coordinate other UX members to create new impact solutions
Collaborate in international solutions and add value to the design system
