Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience as a user experience professional with hands-on experience designing website interfaces and managing design systems. A college or university degree in a related field is preferred. A portfolio demonstrating real-life projects, strong visual design skills oriented to UI, and responsive design is required. Proficiency in collaborative design and UI prototyping software such as Figma and Miro is essential. Strong communication skills, comfort sharing ideas, and the ability to give and receive feedback are necessary. Experience with modern digital tools and an openness to integrating AI-powered solutions is required. Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) is mandatory. Bonus points for a solid understanding of UX principles, agency experience, exposure to e-commerce projects, a conceptual understanding of HTML/CSS/JS, and a very good understanding of accessibility principles and guidelines.
The Product Designer will collaborate with internal team members and external stakeholders to optimize and design sites, components, and interfaces, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. They will maintain and iterate design systems, collaborating with developers and designers. The role involves performing Design Quality Assurance (DQA) for visual and interaction design, working closely with developers to ensure polished implementation. Responsibilities include resolving design-related tickets and issues, using research insights and sketches to create wireframes, and developing interaction models and experience architectures. The designer will conduct heuristic evaluations and usability testing, facilitate design reviews, collect client feedback, drive approvals, and support Product Strategy team members.
