Requirements

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience as a Product Designer, possess strong UX thinking and visual design skills, and demonstrate clear written communication. A user-focused approach with empathy and clarity, problem-solving initiative, and self-motivation are essential. Fluency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and design systems, is required. Responsibilities

The Product Designer will work closely with Product and Engineering to iteratively improve the user experience of the core platform, focusing on the user dashboard. Responsibilities include taking new features from ideation through prototyping, user testing, and production. The role involves designing clean, elegant, simple, and intuitive web interfaces, collaborating to create seamless user flows, and maintaining/expanding the Design System for consistency. The designer will report to the Head of Design and be responsible for balancing speed and quality to deliver impactful work efficiently.
