Requirements

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience as a product designer, a strong portfolio demonstrating a high bar for craft and a deep understanding of building complex end-to-end experiences (B2B projects is a plus), and the ability to research, understand, and distill user behaviors and interaction patterns into actionable solutions or improvements. Proficiency with Figma and prototyping is required, and knowledge of frontend technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Product Designer, you will own and lead design for core product areas and end-to-end user experience, partner closely with product and engineering teams to build high quality solutions, lead user research sessions to understand workflows, rapidly design and prototype ideas, contribute to the design system, and shape design processes and culture. You will be building out the most powerful fixed income trading product the industry has ever seen, including modular trading systems and automation tools, and building out our proprietary optimizer to create the most advanced, intuitive, and smart portfolio management system.
