Requirements

Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience as a UX professional, with practical experience designing web interfaces and managing design systems. A university or technical degree in a related field is preferred. A portfolio demonstrating real projects, strong UI-focused visual design skills, and responsive design is required. Proficiency in collaborative design and UI prototyping tools like Figma and Miro is essential, along with strong communication skills and experience with modern digital tools, including an openness to AI solutions. Bonus points for a solid understanding of UX principles, agency experience, conceptual understanding of HTML/CSS/JS, and knowledge of accessibility guidelines.

Responsibilities

The Product Designer will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize and design sites, components, and interfaces, ensuring brand guideline alignment. They will maintain and iterate on design systems, conduct design quality assurance, and resolve design-related tickets and incidents. Responsibilities include using research insights and sketches to create wireframes, developing interaction models and experience architectures using conceptual sketches and diagrams, performing heuristic evaluations and usability testing, facilitating design reviews, and supporting the Product Strategy team with experience/product requirements.
