Requirements

  • 8+ years designing UX and UI for software (bonus: AI or ML-driven products)
  • Systems thinker with a passion for and experience scaling at least two design systems
  • Strong craft in UI, motion, video, and brand expression (Lottie, AE, Final Cut, Capsule, Rive etc)
  • Experience in rapid prototyping (Figma, Framer, Webflow, Replit, Lovable etc.)
  • Curious and proactive in experimenting with AI tools (Gemini, Claude, Cursor, Midjourney, GPT)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable shaping problems into clear, actionable goals

Responsibilities

  • Design interfaces that elevate brand, accessibility, and emotional impact
  • Scale Stardust into a complete, consistent component library with full-page layouts and interaction patterns
  • Extend the design system to include motion and AI-specific interaction patterns
  • Prototype internal design workflows using AI tools, metadata, and creative automation
  • Build our first in-house Design System MCP to enable prompt-able brand guidelines and UI flows
  • Lead end-to-end design from discovery through to polished execution
  • Apply the refreshed brand across in-product and marketing surfaces
  • Share stories, demos, and updates to inspire adoption
  • Own and scale Stardust, our AI-native, brand-led design system
  • Create AI workflows that enable faster, smarter product creation
  • Bring our brand refresh into product, marketing, and launch moments
  • Define a motion language that makes our product feel alive and dynamic
  • Influence interaction patterns and components to deliver a frictionless, accessible UX
  • Partner with PMM to tell compelling product stories in video and motion
