Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphics, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of industry experience designing for Enterprise SaaS products
Experience leading UX strategy and product discovery efforts at lean startups
Skilled user of product design tools like Figma, solid experience with JIRA, and proficiency with user tracking and analytics tools like Mixpanel
Curious, resilient, and eager to learn. You take feedback well, stay adaptable, and keep a professional, positive attitude

Responsibilities

Own design for a full product area, shaping the experience end-to-end and tracking how it performs over time
Work side by side with product managers and engineer partners to bring ideas from concept to launch
Spot opportunities to make the experience better, set clear UX goals, and help balance them with business and engineering priorities
Learn from our users through interviews, shadowing, and research, and share those insights broadly across the organization
Build and test prototypes, learn quickly, and refine your designs based on what you discover
Keep design quality high while staying flexible and focused on what matters most
Lead workshops, share what you learn and design, and help teams stay aligned as we grow and build together
