Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Own design for a full product area, shaping the experience end-to-end and tracking how it performs over time
  • Work side by side with product managers and engineer partners to bring ideas from concept to launch
  • Spot opportunities to make the experience better, set clear UX goals, and help balance them with business and engineering priorities
  • Learn from our users through interviews, shadowing, and research, and share those insights broadly across the organization
  • Build and test prototypes, learn quickly, and refine your designs based on what you discover
  • Keep design quality high while staying flexible and focused on what matters most
  • Lead workshops, share what you learn and design, and help teams stay aligned as we grow and build together
