Requirements

Experienced product designer with 5+ years of experience
Design portfolio showcasing ability to design beautiful, powerful, and intuitive software
Experience designing complex enterprise software (observability or data analytics space is a huge plus)
Strong design craft with superb attention to detail and a passion for creating pleasing experiences
Independent and product-minded, able to take initiative and spot opportunities to improve the product
Collaborative, with low ego and eagerness to give and receive constructive feedback
Excited about solving complex problems at scale in the data space

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, polished, delightful, and easy-to-use designs
Help the team work more effectively while raising the quality bar for user experience
Set design strategy for projects focusing on customer-based outcomes and long-term product vision
Help shape the visual direction of both the product and brand
Design and communicate vision using mock-ups, documentation, and prototypes
Execute at every stage of the design lifecycle from ideation to delivery
Partner effectively across the organization to deliver cohesive customer experiences
Contribute to and improve the design system
Work closely with other designers on large and complex features
Participate in and shape the design team’s culture
Keep designs evolving, seeking impact over perfection
Stay abreast of competitor products and trends; perform competitive and comparative analysis
