  • 4-5 years of experience in end-to-end product design for web and mobile apps
  • Strong knowledge and experience in both UX and UI design
  • Experience with design systems
  • Able to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with minimal oversight in a development team
  • Experience contributing to all stages of the development process, from ideation to design QA

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customers and business problems to identify the pain points
  • Rapidly create impactful and elegant solutions for problems
  • Present your design work and articulate your design decisions
  • Update the acceptance criteria and define the logic to your work
  • Take full cycle ownership of your work from ideation, design, review and feedback in the final test build and after release
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Designers and Developers
  • Utilize multiple platforms, such as the employee portal, the employer portal, and the admin dashboard for customer support to solve problems
  • Build and update components in the Design system (designing and documenting components in Figma with the design system team)
