Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience or a strong portfolio designing UI and UX for dashboards and SaaS products. Proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Prototypes, is essential, as is mastery of design systems for scaling consistent dashboard experiences. A solid understanding of user-centered design principles and data visualization best practices is required, along with experience communicating with leadership, including C-suite executives. Familiarity with the future of design, particularly AI's impact on workflows, is also expected.

Responsibilities

The Product Designer will proactively drive the entire design process, from identifying user problems and exploring solutions through research and validation to final implementation and hand-off. They will design for all user flows, edge cases, and UI states to ensure a smooth transition to engineering. Responsibilities include maintaining visibility in a remote environment by communicating status and progress reports, annotating files, and collaborating closely with product managers and engineers.
