Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a Product Design role
- At least 5 years of experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Preferred: At least 6 years of experience in a Product Design role
- Preferred: At least 6 years of experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma

Responsibilities
- Combine craft expertise and leadership skills with understanding of customers and business to co-create innovative solutions to complex problems and influence product strategy
- Demonstrate high degree of skill in product design across interaction, visual and service design
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to inform use of tools, platforms, frameworks and design systems
- Create artifacts including journey maps, blueprints, high-fidelity designs and prototypes
- Lead design projects, directing and delegating work for junior team members
- Build strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders
- Mentor and help mature the overall product design practice
- Navigate needs of partners and stakeholders using critical-thinking skills factoring in data, research insights, scalability and tech constraints
- Focus team on customer-centered solutions and inclusive design
- Apply insights on customers, competitors and market trends to business challenges to shape shared point of view
- Demonstrate understanding of tech, data capabilities and emerging technologies to inform work and help team navigate limitations
- Leverage network of partnerships to foster collaboration, share solutions and drive product strategy
- Present work across levels using human-centered approach integrating design frameworks, data and research to influence strategic decisions
